Task: Enhance Kohl's "Lowest Prices of the Season" Event by synchronizing it with Olga's critical sales periods to drive customer engagement and sales.
Value Add: To maximize sales and capitalize on this event, we implemented Meta traffic campaigns specifically tailored to Kohl's target audience. Due to Kohl's limited targeting options as a walled garden, we overcame these restrictions by utilizing lookalike audiences and various optimization techniques to ensure maximum reach and efficiency.
Results: The campaign we executed outperformed historical benchmarks in a number of key areas:
Cost-Per-Click (CPC): The overall campaign CPC was $0.26, representing a 77% increase in efficiency when compared to the historical benchmark of $0.46.
Link Clicks: Olga Lookalike (LAL) audiences generated a total of 31,475 link clicks, which is a substantial 98% increase when compared to the 476 link clicks generated by Olga Interest audiences.
Click-Through Rate (CTR): The CTR for Olga LAL audiences was 3.82%, showcasing a 36% improvement in comparison to the 2.45% CTR observed for Olga Interest audiences.
